Role Description The Reporter is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position involves researching and gathering information on Virkar Developers’ projects, industry trends, and local real estate developments, and converting these insights into clear, accurate news stories and reports. The Reporter will conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, clients, and external experts, attend site visits and events, and verify facts to ensure integrity and reliability of all published content. Daily tasks include writing and editing articles, preparing multimedia content such as photos or short video segments where needed, and collaborating with marketing and communications teams to align stories with organizational goals. The Reporter will maintain organized records of sources and materials and adhere to ethical reporting standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills for gathering information and producing clear, factual stories.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to convey complex concepts in accessible, engaging language.
- Candidates should possess basic Multimedia skills to support articles with visuals or simple multimedia elements when required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
