Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations , including menu planning and banqueting/food court management
- Ensure excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Facilities operations : Housekeeping, Pantry, Mailroom, Cleaning, Landscaping, and Parking teams
- Space & Access Management : Optimize space utilization, manage moves, upgrades, and maintain records
- Coordinate with vendors/professionals for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure building functionality and safety compliance
- Ensure adherence to local and industry safety standards
- Audit Management : Handle internal & external audits, engagement audits, documentation, and closure of observations/NCs within defined SLAs
- Plan and conduct training programs on safety, emergency procedures, and best practices
- Ensure effective utilization of resources across facilities, banqueting, and F&B areas
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and tools used for inspections and facilities management
- Flexible to work extended or non-standard hours as required
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc in Hotel Management
- 5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels, IT companies, or hospitality sectors
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
