Job Description
As a CNC Programmer within our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing process planning, methods planning, and technical instructions for AeroEngine components. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing CNC programming, CMM programming, and creating stage drawings, stage modeling, and operation drawings using NX CAM, VERICUT, and post processor tools.
- Managing concession, non-conformance, quality notifications, and MRB (Material Review Board) activities for Rolls-Royce Programs.
- Ensuring compliance with APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and zero-defect manufacturing standards.
- Conducting supplier audits and improving process capability through advanced manufacturing techniques.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience ranging from 5 to 14 years in aerospace manufacturing or precision engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience in Gas Turbine / AeroEngine manufacturing, CNC/CMM programming, and process planning.
- Certifications in NX CAM, Lean Six Sigma, or AS9100 standards are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
