Sr. QA Automation Engineer (Cypress)

Job Title : Sr. QA Automation (Cypress)

Location : Indore(M.P)

Experience : 5 - 7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Cypress (must-have).
• Perform API testing for REST and SOAP services.
• Work with automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Rest-Assured.
• Create clear and concise test plans and test cases using appropriate test design techniques.
• Perform testing for web and responsive applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing as part of QA processes.
• Work in an Agile development environment.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Use tools such as Jira, Git, X-Ray/Zephyr, and Postman for test management and defect tracking.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of issues identified during testing.
• Maintain version control using Git.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress automation (mandatory).
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or above) — both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience working in software development environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience with Selenium automation framework.
• Experience with Rest-Assured for API automation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Experience

• Sr. QA Automation(Cypress): 3 years (Preferred)
