Position Title:- Learning Designer

Experience Required:- 10+ Years

Location:- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Position Type:- Contract-to-hire (Initial Contract of 6 Months)

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences from raw materials (PPTs, videos, documents, SME input).
• Engineer learning journeys that are engaging, modular and scalable within 360Learning and SuccessFactors.
• Apply instructional design, learning science and UX principles to optimise learner experience.
• Create reusable templates, patterns and assets to accelerate content development across academies.
• Partner with SMEs and academy leads to shape learning journeys and assets, working mostly independently in line with agreed requirements.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate learning assets based on learner feedback and usage data.
• Ensure consistency of learning standards, tone and quality across enterprise and business academies.
• Collaborate closely with the learning technologist on platform functionality and optimisation.

Essential experience and skills

• Strong instructional design and learning experience design background.
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content and journeys at scale.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogy.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completion.
• Comfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source material.
• Experience designing for social, cohort-based or collaborative learning models (desirable).
• Strong visual, written and interaction design sensibility.
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
• Practical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360Learning experience a strong advantage).
