Job Description

We are looking to engage an EUC (End User Computing) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience for on‑site support in Canada.

Please find below the detailed skill requirements and engagement expectations for this role.

Role Requirements:

Desktop, Laptop & Mobile Device Support:

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS
  • Support for iOS and Android devices
  • Hardware break‑fix, device imaging, and deployments
  • Coordination with the India IT Infrastructure team for support

Application Configuration & O365 Troubleshooting:

  • Handling issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Installing and configuring enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with Intune

Basic Networking Knowledge:

  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi
  • Ability to identify and escalate network issues
  • Coordination with the India IT Infrastructure team for support

IT Asset Management:

  • Tracking, maintaining, and documenting end‑user hardware inventory

Security & Compliance Support:

  • Ensuring devices meet security policies
  • Managing antivirus, BitLocker, and updates/patching

Service Desk & Ticketing Tools:

  • Experience with SNOW
  • Handling L1/L2 support ticket

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and customer‑centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
