Role: Data Analyst / Tech Product Manager (MDM/IDMC)

Location: Canada Remote

Type: Contract

Overview

We are seeking a Canada-based professional who can function as both a data analyst and technical product manager with strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and IDMC. The role involves working with business stakeholders, mapping data requirements, and supporting delivery teams in building scalable data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams.
• Gather & analyze data requirements across domains (Customer/Product/Supplier).
• Work hands-on with MDM + IDMC to support design, integration, workflows, and governance.
• Define product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Understand data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and golden record creation.
• Lead stakeholder demos, documentation, and prioritization sessions.
• Work with DevOps/Data Engineering teams on deployments and issue resolution.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM preferred).
• Strong experience with IDMC (Informatica cloud).
• Data modeling + data quality concepts.
• Product management fundamentals (user stories, backlog, roadmaps).
• SQL and hands-on data analysis.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with REST APIs & data pipelines.
• Background with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in domains like retail, finance, healthcare, etc.

• Must be based in Canada.
