About the Role

Infinitum Network Solutions is a global digital enterprise and Indias only truly global network creating content in 100 languages. The company is one of the largest Indian web series creators, with a portfolio of over 400+ web series. It also serves as an incubator to 200+ exclusive influencers in South India, crafting original IPs, amplifying brands, and driving global influence.

We are seeking an organized, fast-moving Influencer Production Managers to bridge the gap between creative talent and commercial content execution. This role is all about building meaningful relationships with creators, involving in end-to-end production life cycle of a video, while simultaneously identifying opportunities that drive impactful collaborations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end influencer strategies aligned with overall production targets, marketing objectives and web-series launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and the entire cast and crew of the video.
• Coordinate physical logistics and on-set operations, supervise various departments in all pre production, production and post production works.
• Ability to break down scripts to manage timelines, deliveries and schedule call sheets and daily production needs accordingly.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines.
• Identify and secure new brand collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.
• Build a diverse roster of brand advocates across various social media platforms and emerging digital channels.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from briefing to final delivery.
• Oversee content pipelines to ensure creators deliver assets on time and clear up any creative blockers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, creators, and platform developments.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, video pre production, production and post production and talent management.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of the physical production process from early prep through final publishing of the video and marketing and coordination capabilities with pre and post-production deliveries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ideal Candidate
