🚀 Hiring: AI Engineer

📍 Toronto, Canada (Hybrid) & Mississauga Canada (Hybrid)

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-powered applications into real production environments.

Must have:- MLops, Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG & Vector DB

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ML/AI models and AI-driven features
• Fine-tune and optimize models (including LLMs)
• Develop inference pipelines & integrate with backend services
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings & vector search
• Monitor model performance, drift & reliability
• Optimize latency, cost & scalability of AI systems
• Write clean, production-grade Python code

Required Skills

• 3+ years in ML/AI or Software Engineering
• Strong Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar)
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• APIs, microservices & cloud platform experience
• Strong ML fundamentals (training, evaluation, feature engineering)

Nice to Have

• LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG & Vector DB experience
• MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring & model versioning
• Distributed systems / data pipelines
• SQL & basic data engineering knowledge
