Clearance: Active Secret Required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
We are seeking a Tier 2 Deskside/System Technician to provide onsite desktop and system support in a 24/7 enterprise IT environment.
The role involves Windows 10/11 device deployment, break/fix support, patching, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of IT support experience (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Windows 10/11 imaging and Dell device deployment
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
Break/fix desktop support in enterprise environments
Ability to obtain NRC Public Trust clearance (Secret required to start)
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
