About the job:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, data-driven social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
• Create, manage, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and others as required.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a content calendar, ensuring content is relevant, timely, platform-specific, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, content writers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design skills and proficiencyin tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
• Strong visual aesthetics and a good understanding of design principles, branding, layouts, typography, and content presentation.
• Ability to identify and create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and current design trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling social media content.
• Strong project management and multi tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
