Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness of upcoming concerts, festivals, and music-related events.
• Engage with local communities through outreach programs, social media campaigns, and public appearances.
• Represent the organization at events, festivals, and community gatherings to promote our musical offerings.
• Coordinate with artists, venues, and media outlets to maximize promotional efforts.
• Create compelling written content for press releases, social media posts, flyers, and newsletters.
• Organize and deliver presentations or speeches about upcoming events or initiatives to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative promotional ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Track promotional activities' effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in public speaking or teaching is highly desirable.
• Excellent writing skills for creating promotional content, press releases, and social media posts.
• Passion for music and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for innovative promotion ideas.
• Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or event promotion is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.75-$100.00 per hour
