Job Description
As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator at InCommon, you will play a crucial role in managing operations and coordination within our talent acquisition function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Servicing:
- Own agreements post-sales, ensuring they are drafted, reviewed, and signed promptly.
- Onboard new clients, schedule requirement calls, and align internal teams on priorities.
- Send regular, structured updates to keep clients informed about the status of their roles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for expediting processes when necessary.
- TA and Talent Ops Planning:
- Manage planning and priority for the talent acquisition and talent ops team.
- Maintain visibility on every role, including ownership, status, and next steps.
- Proactively identify and address risks such as delayed roles, inactive clients, or limited candidate pipelines.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with IT partners, coworking facilities, accounting firms, and other vendors.
- Build and maintain relationships, handle invoices, renewals, and escalations efficiently.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires by preparing everything they need from day one.
Your performance will be evaluated based on Client NPS and timely closure of roles. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, operations, or recruitment coordination.
- Strong written communication skills to deliver clear, structured, and timely updates.
- Excellent coordination abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on addressing root causes through process improvements.
- Proficiency in using tools such as ATS, CRM, and project management platforms.
