Job Description
About us
Founded in 2023 and backed by Better Capital, InCommon helps global companies build exceptional teams in India. We obsess over transparency, authenticity, and delivering outstanding experiences—for both our clients and the talent we work with. We're driven by a mission to connect India's top talent with high-impact, rewarding careers.
Why this role matters
Great recruitment isn't just about finding the right person—it's about everything that happens around it. The agreement signed on time, the requirement call that gets to the point, the weekly update the client actually looks forward to, the vendor that shows up when they're supposed to. That's what turns a good hire into a client who stays with us for years.
In this role, you will own operations and coordination across our talent acquisition function—managing client relationships post-sales, driving planning and priority for the TA and talent ops team, and coordinating with the partners who keep our business running.
What you'll do
Client servicing
- Own agreements post-sales—drafted, reviewed, and signed without anyone having to chase.
- Onboard new clients, set up requirement calls, and align internal teams on priorities.
- Send regular, structured updates so clients always know where their roles stand.
- Be the first point of contact when something needs to move faster.
TA and talent ops planning
- Manage planning and priority for the talent acquisition and talent ops team.
- Keep visibility on every role—owner, status, next step.
- Flag risks early, whether it's a slipping role, a quiet client, or a thinning candidate pipeline.
Vendor coordination
- Coordinate with our IT partners, coworking facilities, accounting firms, and other vendors.
- Own the relationships, the invoices, the renewals, the escalations.
- Make sure that when a new hire joins, everything they need is ready from day one.
How we'll measure you
- Client NPS.
- Roles closed on time.
Who you are
- 3+ years in client success, account management, operations, or recruitment coordination.
- Strong written communication—the updates you send are clear, structured, and on time.
- Natural coordinator. You hold multiple threads at once without dropping any.
- You think in systems. If something breaks twice, you fix the process, not just the instance.
- Comfortable with tools—ATS, CRM, and project management platforms—even if the specific stack is new to you.
Nice to have
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
- Exposure to US or European clients and working across time zones.
- A track record of setting up processes from scratch, not just running ones that already exist.
What you get
- Ownership over how InCommon operates day-to-day.
- Direct access to founders and clients.
- A team that hires well, pays fairly, and ships.
