Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BI Reporting Architect to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, BI tools, and enterprise data architecture, with a focus on delivering high-performance dashboards, secure data access, and scalable reporting frameworks. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise BI architecture supporting scalable and high-performance reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain semantic models and dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau for business and leadership teams.
• Architect and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting layers for performance and reliability.
• Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure access to sensitive data.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Create high-performance reporting solutions supporting financial and institutional analytics.
• Establish best practices for BI development, semantic modeling, and data visualization standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Optimize BI solutions for large-scale datasets and enterprise reporting workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or Analytics Engineering roles.
• Strong experience in Semantic Modeling and Dimensional Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI and Tableau for enterprise reporting and dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience optimizing queries for performance.
• Experience designing Enterprise Data Architecture for reporting and analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Security, and Access Control frameworks.
• Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Row-Level Security (RLS) in BI tools.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience building high-performance reporting systems for financial or institutional analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
