Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist at our growing product-based organization, your role will involve generating and qualifying leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels. You will engage with prospects across different global markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions. Your responsibilities will also include conducting outbound calls, identifying customer pain points, scheduling product demos, qualifying leads, and maintaining lead databases accurately in the CRM system. Additionally, you will track lead metrics, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, research target accounts, onboard channel partners, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels
- Engage with prospects across US, UK, Middle East, and APAC markets
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Identify customer pain points and pitch compelling product value propositions
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the sales team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads (MQL/SQL) before handoff to sales
- Own lead databases and ensure accurate updates in the CRM
- Track and report lead metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
- Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners (resellers, system integrators, referral partners)
- Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and communication standards
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Demand Generation
- Strong cold calling experience (mandatory)
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead databases
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
