As a Training Coordinator Office Trainer at our Chandigarh office, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and conducting training for new staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and guiding training for newly joined staff
  • Using company-provided training videos and materials
  • Ensuring new employees complete the training process smoothly
  • Tracking training progress and maintaining basic records
  • Coordinating with management and departments for training schedules
  • Creating and posting basic social media content (company posts, hiring posts, updates)
  • Assisting with simple office coordination and documentation work

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream
  • Good communication skills, with spoken English preferred
  • Comfortable explaining things and guiding people
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn - posting only)
  • Organized, responsible, and patient in nature
  • Looking for a stable long-term role, with full guidance provided for freshers
