They focus on providing merger and acquisition (M&A;), transaction opinion, and restructuring advisory services. Hundreds of public corporations, financial sponsors, family-owned businesses and other middle-market and growth companies have met their strategic goals through Confidential company’s managed sell-side, acquisition or carve-out advisory transaction. Our team has particular expertise in situations absent of a market-clearing mechanism, where advisor independence is paramount, and where scrutiny is elevated. We are looking for Analysts to join our Corporate Finance-M&A; team. Day-to-day responsibilities: The concerned analyst will act as an M&A; specialist, working as a part of our Global Corporate Finance-M&A; team on a variety of engagements. Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.Work directly with global colleagues throughout all phases of deal life cycle executionPerform company, industry, market/competitor research, followed by professional presentation in PowerPoint/WordWork directly with the local manager/global colleagues and support engagement team on key specialized tasks such as M&A; buyer searches, key facts research, market/industry/economic overview research and analysis, comparable company analysis/comparable transaction analysis, screening, etc. in both normal and high-pressure situationsPrepare financial models and provide analytical support for M&A; Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda and management presentations in support of M&A; assignmentsWork on short and long form newsletters and periodicals, ensuring timely delivery for releaseEnsure high quality of client deliverables by having robust attention to detail and self - reviewEnsure completion of project in a timely mannerTrack news articles, stories published on subject companies and
