- Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings to support strategic decisions
- Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, or Operations
- Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations
- Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable over the course of the internship and present outcomes to the team
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department
Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months)
- Any major considered; coursework or interest in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Communications, or related fields is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus depending on team
- Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology preferred but not required
Compensation
- $25/hr — Up to 40 hours per week
Note: This is a general/evergreen internship posting used to build a pipeline of candidates across departments. Submitting an application does not guarantee a specific role; our team will follow up if there is a match with an open position.
