Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage operations for a US-basedSenior Care Image Annotation project. The ideal candidate will have strong BPO operations experience, proven people management skills, and the ability to consistently deliver client-defined KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in image annotation, AI data services, or related operational environments is highly preferred.
This role requires regular interaction with US stakeholders and flexibility to support rotational shifts and week-offs based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team of annotators to achieve daily,weekly, and monthly operational goals.
- Ensure delivery of all client-defined KPIs, including productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance trackers independently.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage roster planning, schedule adherence, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the site to the Leadership team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Handle escalations, risks,and ad-hoc business requirements effectively.
- Support project transitions, process documentation, and training initiatives as required.
- Demonstrate willingness to take additional responsibilities based on business needs.
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate (10+2+3) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of overall BPO/ITES experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead managingUS-based projects.
- Prior experience in Image Annotation, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, Content Moderation, or similar operations would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or Generative AI workflows will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of BPO operational metrics such as Productivity, Quality,SLA, Utilization, Shrinkage, and Attendance.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve client KPIs and business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (GoogleSheets, Docs, Slides,Drive) with the ability to independently create reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Experience using collaboration and communication platforms such as GoogleChat, Slack, and email.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Stakeholder management and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willing to work from office as per business requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
