Job Description – Dean (Pharmacy)

Position

Dean (Pharmacy) - 01

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College/Faculty of Pharmacy.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, UGC, and university regulations.
Lead curriculum planning, accreditation, research, innovation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Promote industry collaboration, clinical exposure, research projects, and consultancy.
Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Strengthen admissions, student development, training, placements, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage budgets, infrastructure, laboratories, and overall academic operations.

Qualifications

B.Pharm + M.Pharm + Ph.D. in Pharmacy .
Professor-level experience as per PCI/AICTE/UGC norms.
Strong academic leadership, research, and administrative experience.
