Marketing Communications Manager

We Are Hiring | On-Site Agency Representative (Marcom Manager) Location: Client Office (Daily On-Site), Chinchwad, Pune Type: Full-Time | 1-Year Contract CTC: Up to 10 LPA IFT Media is a content marketing and communications agency working with some of India's most respected B2B brands. This role is for one of our flagship global MNC client, they have a strong and growing presence across multiple business verticals in India. We are looking for a sharp, organised, and client-facing professional to serve as our dedicated On-Site Agency Representative at the Mitsubishi Electric India office.

This is not a conventional desk role. You will act as the bridge between a global brand and a creative teams - managing projects, coordinating teams, and driving seamless execution on a daily basis.

What You Will Do: — Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between IFT Media and Mitsubishi Electric India — Manage end-to-end execution of marketing and communications projects including videos, films, AI content, and LinkedIn campaigns — Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across digital and offline marketing channels — Coordinate with Mitsubishi's internal marketing team and external vendors — Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and financial documentation for all marketing projects — Ensure smooth operations across all corporate marketing communication workflows — Represent IFT Media's quality standards, timelines, and processes at the client's office every day Who You Are: — 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, or client servicing — Comfortable and confident working within a structured MNC environment — Strong written and verbal communication skills — Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — Prior experience in B2B marketing, agency environments, or vendor management is a strong advantage — Based in or willing to commute daily to the Mitsubishi Electric India office Why This Role: This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of a globally recognised Japanese MNC and a fast-moving creative agency.
