Job Description

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Funnel and Journey Analysis:

  • Analyze end-to-end user funnels(acquisition, activation, retention, conversion).
  • Identify drop-offs, friction points, and growth levers.

Product Metrics Ownership:

  • Define and track key metrics: DAU/MAU, retention, cohorts, feature adoption, and LTV.
  • Build dashboards and frameworks for real-time product monitoring.

Experimentation and A/B Testing:

  • Design and analyzeA/B tests and experiments.
  • Translate experiment results into product decisions.

Deep-Dive Analysis:

  • Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
  • Generate insights to guide product roadmap and prioritization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams.
  • Communicate insights in a clear, decision-oriented manner.

Data Quality and Tracking:

  • Ensure proper event tracking, data accuracy, and instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering on analytics implementation.

Requirements

  • StrongSQL (non-negotiable), Experience with Python / R for analysis.
  • Hands-on with product analytics tools(Mixpanel / Amplitude / GA).
  • Strong understanding of: Funnels and conversion metrics, Cohort and retention analysis, A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Experience building dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
  • Education: B. Tech (Tier-1 preferred).
  • Experience: 2-5 years in Product Analytics / Growth Analytics.
  • Experience in consumer tech/fintech / product-led companies.
  • Exposure to growth analytics or experimentation-heavy environments.
  • Understanding of event tracking/instrumentation.
