Role - Customer Service Manager | On Roll Opportunity

Process - 100% Voice | Inbound Calling

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Opp. Vashi Railway Station)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns over calls
  • Ensure excellent customer experience

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Should be okay with shift timing and salary

Salary package:

  • Fresher : Rs. 16,000 in hand | CTC - Rs. 2.50 LPA
  • Experienced: Up to Rs. 30,000 in hand | CTC - Rs. 4.15 LPA
  • Salary depends on years of experience and last drawn CTC
