### Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 4+ years of experience, with strong expertise in React (Web) and React Native (Mobile).

This is a product-focused engineering role where you will not just build UI, but also take ownership of user experience, performance, and product quality across web and mobile (iOS & Android).

You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications.

### Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Web + Mobile)

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android)
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across devices
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and reusable components
• Handle cross-platform compatibility and mobile-specific optimisations

### Mobile Focus (Critical)

• Strong understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems
• Debug and optimise mobile performance issues
• Ensure app stability, responsiveness, and production readiness
• Manage builds, releases, and updates for mobile platforms

### Product Ownership & Quality

• Manage resources and team, working with you
• Take ownership of features from requirement to production
• Collaborate with product and design teams for a better user experience
• Participate in product discussions, feature improvements, and UX decisions
• Conduct testing, identify issues, and ensure smooth releases

### Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Follow best practices for performance, scalability, and code quality
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

AI Development / AI-first Mindset (Preferred)

We strongly prefer developers who are excited about AI and modern development workflows.

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Interest in building/implementing AI-powered features
• Ability to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, etc.) is a plus
• Enthusiasm for automation, improving developer productivity, and experimenting with new ideas

### Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in React (Web)
• Hands-on experience with React Native (Mobile Apps)
• Strong understanding of iOS & Android app development lifecycle
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Git/version control
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• **Continuous learner** : actively learning and improving technical skills

### Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with app deployment (Play Store / App Store)
• Performance optimisation for mobile apps
• Exposure to backend basics (APIs, auth flows)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools

### Qualification

• BE / BTech.
• Strong fundamentals in programming & software engineering best practices
