Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Mobile Solutions Developer for Maximo, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting mobile solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. Collaborating closely with diverse teams, including project managers, business analysts, and system administrators, you'll ensure project success and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and design framework for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) mobile solutions, with a focus on customization, configuration, and integration.
• Create detailed technical specifications that align with business processes, clearly defining the development pathway for requirements.
• Offer expert guidance on MAS mobile application functionalities, workflows, data structures, and interfaces.
• Supervise the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MAS Mobile and associated applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Maximo enhancements to provide innovative client solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience as a Maximo Mobile Developer or Technical Architect, with specialization in IBM Maximo EAM and/or IBM Maximo Application Suite products.
• In-depth knowledge of Maximo architecture, including application server configurations, database structures, and system integrations.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience customizing Maximo using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), automation scripting, and Java-based solutions.
• Expertise in integrating mobile and desktop components via APIs.
• Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite Mobile Solutions.
• Ability to configure mobile UI using XML and Graphite.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze intricate issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Maximo certifications, such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management, are a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Additional desirable skills/qualifications:

• Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Understanding of cloud computing with certifications from AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, images, containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Awareness of DevOps methodologies and related tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
