About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance &

  • Accounts team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable &

  • Receivable
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Monitor receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments
  • Maintain proper records of all transactions

Financial Reporting &

  • Analysis
  • Prepare creditors’ ageing reports and track outstanding liabilities
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Reconciliation

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct party ledger reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain updated and accurate financial records

Compliance &

  • Taxation
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations
  • Assist in filing returns and maintaining proper documentation for audits
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards

MIS &

  • Documentation
  • Prepare MIS reports as required by management
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist in internal and external audits

Required Skills &

  • Competencies
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Hands-on experience in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
  • Basic knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities

  • Experience with accounting software is an added advantage
