About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance &
- Accounts team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable &
- Receivable
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
- Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Monitor receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments
- Maintain proper records of all transactions
Financial Reporting &
- Analysis
- Prepare creditors’ ageing reports and track outstanding liabilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct party ledger reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain updated and accurate financial records
Compliance &
- Taxation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations
- Assist in filing returns and maintaining proper documentation for audits
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards
MIS &
- Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports as required by management
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in internal and external audits
Required Skills &
- Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Basic knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities

- Experience with accounting software is an added advantage
