Financial Analyst Role in Innovative Mining Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly close process and journal entry preparation
• Coordinate monthly cost accrual process improvements
• Prepare and report monthly financial results
• Collaborate with operations on variance analysis
• Assist with budget preparation and Life‑of‑Mine plans

Requirements

• CPA designation or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 4+ years of mining industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus
