CNC Lathe Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathe machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tight tolerances and interpreting technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (tooling, offsets, program loading)
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC lathe machines
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Knowledge of machining processes and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
