Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support diagnostic and laboratory operations in a reputed healthcare facility in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology

Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration

Record and analyze test results with precision

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Coordinate with healthcare professionals for timely reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment

Good communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work in shifts as per operational needs
