Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to manage daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of a healthcare facility in Singapore. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee administrative processes and support quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administrative functions
- Manage staff coordination, scheduling, and performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Handle patient service standards and operational efficiency
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
- Coordinate with medical and support departments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and operational procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
