Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team at Kinfra apparel park, Trivandrum. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, chat, and social media platforms.
- Resolve complaints, returns, order tracking, and product-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, warehouse) to resolve customer issues.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi - Added advantage
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools and communication platforms.
Eligibility:
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role will be preferred.
