Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in sales, marketing, business development, or client relatio

ns.You will work directly with our marketing team to represent our clients, engage with customers, and execute marketing campaigns while developing valuable communication, leadership, and business skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent B2B and B2C client campaigns through professional face-to-face marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Educate customers about client products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate new customer acquisitions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Execute marketing campaigns according to client objectives and company standards.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and campaign records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
