Job Description

Enhance guest satisfaction as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a vibrant resort. Drive operations and service excellence while managing a motivated team in a stunning wine country setting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of food and beverage services.

Your ability to provide friendly and engaging service will set the tone for guest experiences. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager while managing daily restaurant operations to ensure peak performance in hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent service and professional image
  • Support efficient restaurant operations and cleanliness
  • Monitor shifts and manage staffing needs
  • Train and coach team members effectively
  • Participate in banquet supervision when required Requirements:
  • Two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
  • Certification in “Serving it Right” from BC
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attentiveness
  • Experience with POS systems preferred
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends Lead with passion and elevate dining experiences in a beautiful resort atmosphere.
