Job Description

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering or any other relevant field  8+ years in airborne sensor or avionics systems design, development, and certification.

 Strong Knowledge of IMTAR21 V2.0 and IMAP 2023.  Proven expertise in one or more than one of the following: vibration sensing, pressure sensing, ignition exciter systems, rpm sensor, tachometer, thermal sensing, chipping sensing.  Leadership experience: Mentoring, technical reviews, and cross-functional project ownership  Excellent experience in more than any two of the following:  Signal Conditioning – Amplification, filtering, impedance matching, analog-to-digital conversion  Embedded Systems/Firmware – Microcontroller programming, real-time processing, firmware architecture  Sensor Physics & Transducers – Principles of measurement (vibration, pressure, temperature, speed)  Calibration & Metrology – Accuracy, precision, sensor characterization, test standards  Systems Engineering – Integration, architecture, specifications, V&V planning  Reliability & Quality – FMEA, fault tolerance, robustness, certification readiness  Testing & Validation – Functional testing, environmental (vibration, thermal, altitude, EMI), life testing KEY COMPETENCIES  Technical depth with hands-on design and mentorship experience  Problem-solving & systems thinking  Regulatory/compliance mindset  Communication & stakeholder management
