Java Software Engineer | Low Latency Trading | Boston (Hybrid) | Up to $220k Total Compensation
We're partnering with a leading high-performance investment firm to hire a Java Software Engineer to build and enhance cutting-edge, low latency trading platforms that directly support front-office trading.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and is looking to step into (or continue in) a technical leadership role.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years of commercial Java development experience
- Strong experience building high-performance, low latency systems
- A passion for writing clean, scalable, and highly optimised code
