Role Description This is a full-time, on-site F&B Server role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The F&B Server will welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items in a timely and courteous manner. The role includes setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver accurate orders. The F&B Server will handle guest inquiries, manage billing and payment processes, and address feedback or concerns professionally. The role also involves following safety and hygiene standards, supporting team members during busy service periods, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests professionally and clearly.
• Candidates should possess solid Food Service and Food & Beverage skills to handle orders, service steps, and basic product knowledge.
• Candidates should possess effective Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with team members and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, bars, or hotels is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic POS operations and billing procedures is an advantage.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; hospitality-related training is a plus.
