Job Title: Planning Manager – Agriculture & Fresh Produce - Supply Chain

Location: Wenatchee, Washington (Hybrid) — Open to broader Pacific Northwest or California with periodic travel to Wenatchee

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 USD annually

Contract: Full-time | Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision, FSA, 401K with 3% company match, 4 weeks PTO, 5 days sick leave

We are looking for a seasoned Planning Manager to join a dynamic supply chain team within the agriculture and produce sector. This is a high-visibility senior individual contributor role at the center of demand and strategic planning operations — driving decisions that impact a complex global supply base with a primary focus on U.S. imports.

What You’ll Do

• Lead demand planning and strategic supply chain planning across a global supply base
• Manage U.S. import operations (~90% of scope), with limited international exposure primarily in Chile and New Zealand
• Develop and execute scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee product mix management and scheduled delivery timelines to ensure operational continuity
• Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders
• Serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to high-level strategic planning decisions

You’ll Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related field — preferably within agriculture or fresh produce
• Deep background in the agriculture or produce industry (required)
• Proven experience in strategic supply chain planning and risk management, including scenario planning
• Strong SAP experience and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets and present insights clearly to diverse audiences
• International supply chain exposure is a plus, though not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or a related field preferred
