We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Know your customer Analyst.
In this role, you will:
- Oversight of Negative News Screening process to ensure all agreed procedure have been followed.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and that there is sense-checking of responses from the front office to ensure accuracy of the same.
- Preparation of management information and governance papers, to monitor Client Lifecycle Management key risk indicators and performance
- Ensure that reporting created through Management Information-tools (including Microsoft Access and Power BI) are running consistently up- to-date and that data is delivered to the requestor/recipient in a timely fashion.
- Own Client Lifecycle Management related business extraction requests ensuring that the required template with its approvals exist for any data extraction requests.
- Adhoc remediation exercises to assist in maintaining accurate client records. This is likely related to large client static data
- Support the execution of Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) process in an operationally effective manner using an automated tool and facilitate the production of associated Management Information for management purposes
- Monitor team inbox on a day to day basis and action requests in line with the deadlines stated.
To be successful you will:
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Services industry/ Compliance and risk management or Know Your Customer sector
- Understanding of Client Lifecycle; Customer Due Diligence; Risk
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint - Access)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Experience in developing data solutions, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable business insights for decision-making
- Experience in engaging with individuals in senior roles to achieve objectives using appropriate communication and planning skills
- Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
- Avaloq and Power BI experience.
