Role Overview:
You will be based at the corporate office of a reputed Pharma Company in Mumbai, where you will handle IR / Legal & Statutory Compliance and HR Generalist responsibilities. Your role will involve managing employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting end-to-end HR generalist activities. You are expected to have a strong understanding of industrial relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including staying updated on recent wage codes.
- Manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution, while maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing training and development content and organizing programs.
Qualification Required:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, focusing on Industrial Relations, preferably in the Pharma industry.
- Proficiency in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, including awareness of new wage codes.
- Ability to effectively manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Role Overview:
