Role Description The Housekeeping Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a hybrid role based in Tinsukia, where on-site presence is required for daily operations, inspections, and team supervision, while some administrative and planning tasks may be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, planning work schedules, conducting room and area inspections, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Housekeeping Manager will coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues, while maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens. The role also involves training team members, updating standard operating procedures, and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess hiring and onboarding skills to help build and develop a reliable housekeeping team.
• Relevant experience in hotel or resort housekeeping management, preferably in a similar-sized property.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety protocols, and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and inventory management; diploma or degree in hospitality management is an advantage.
