Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and build groundbreaking products that exceed user expectations.
• Lead in evaluating business cases and aligning key stakeholders for successful product launches.
• Oversee the delivery of scalable software solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to achieve business goals.
• Transform complex requirements into precise product specifications and clear user stories.
• Champion Agile methodologies and manage development backlogs to prioritize strategic features.
• Set and document acceptance criteria guiding developers and QA in their tasks.

Skills

• Extensive experience (10-15 years) in technical product management, ideally within the banking industry.
• Strong grasp of product lifecycle with an ability to effectively articulate technical concepts.
• Proven expertise in Agile principles and backlog management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging various stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive strategic product outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Background as a software engineer, data engineer, or solutions architect.
• Proficiency in evaluating business cases and achieving stakeholder alignment.
• Experience exploring partnerships and licensing opportunities externally.
• Experience in conducting beta and pilot testing for new products.
