Learning Management Coordinator

Position Description

The Learning Management Coordinator provides essential administrative and technical support to the Learning Management Specialist. This role focuses on the daily maintenance of the enterprise-wide learning management system, ensuring data integrity, and assisting educational leaders with the deployment of training materials.

What You'll Do

• Provide system admin support to of Learning management System (LMS), including maintenance, deployment and configuration of LMS.
• Manages roles, securities and permissions associated with LMS access.
• Respond to any enquires regarding LMS.
• Ad-hoc collaboration.
• Generate and produce learning reports.
• Collaborate with Instructor to develop interactive online materials.
• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide LMS deployment strategy.

What You'll Need

• Strong in time management and communication.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Recognized degree in any disciplines, business / management related an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience in any LMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of video editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
• Experience in online training software, e.g. Articulate Storyline.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
