Class 3 All-Terrain Forklift Operator

Role Description As a member of our Shipping Team, you'll be responsible for safely delivering building materials to residential and commercial job sites throughout the Kamloops area. You'll regularly operate a Moffett forklift to unload materials efficiently while providing outstanding service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of safe driving practices.
• Experience with loading, securing, and unloading building materials; ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (certification an asset).
• Ability to read and interpret delivery documents, work orders, and invoices with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy items in a safe manner and work in varying weather conditions.
• Customer service skills, including clear communication, professional conduct, and a collaborative approach with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of building materials and home improvement products, or willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills to meet delivery schedules and operational needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in driving, warehousing, or retail building supply environments is an asset.
