ROLE: AWS Python with Tableau Developer

Location: Washington, D.C. (Day one onsite and in-person interview). Locals or Nearby

Note: need candidate with strong Tableau Development experience along with Python and Data Science

Key responsibilities include designing and building interactive dashboards (Tableau), developing scalable data pipelines and automation solutions (Python, SQL), and applying advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. The role will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data products and insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Tableau, and data science methodologies, with a proven ability to work across large datasets, streamline workflows, and deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Responsibilities also include ensuring data quality, optimizing performance of queries and dashboards, and continuously improving existing reporting and analytical tools.

This role requires a highly collaborative mindset, the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives, and a strong focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development

Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL

Strong experience building dashboards in Tableau

Experience with data science / advanced analytics (e.g., modeling, forecasting, statistical analysis)

Proven track record of automating business processes and improving reporting efficiency

Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
