Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and revise engaging and effective learning content for various delivery methods, including online modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract core knowledge and translate it into clear, concise, and pedagogically sound instructional materials.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses and audience assessments to identify learning objectives and ensure curriculum aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness, including quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Implement instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create interactive and learner-centric experiences.
- Utilize authoring tools and multimedia platforms to create visually appealing and interactive learning content.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in instructional design, educational technology, and best practices in curriculum development to continuously enhance our offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Proficiency in developing content for various learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, ILT, blended)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Curriculum & Instruction
- Experience with graphic design principles and multimedia development for learning content
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for digital learning materials
