Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer with experience in Construction and Electrical Projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, identifying project leads, and driving sales of construction and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Builders, EPC Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Architects, Consultants, Industrial Clients, Corporate Clients, and Private Project Owners to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and generate leads from Builders, EPC Contractors, Developers, Architects, Consultants, Private Projects, Commercial Projects, Industrial Projects, Residential Projects, and Infrastructure Projects.
Build a strong pipeline of upcoming projects through networking, client visits, referrals, consultants, and market intelligence.
- Regularly meet key decision-makers, project owners, consultants, and contractors to secure new project opportunities and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Construction, Electrical, MEP, or Infrastructure projects.
- Excellent B2B sales and business development skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3–8 years of sales and marketing experience in Construction, Electrical, MEP, EPC, or Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling commercial, industrial, residential, or government projects.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Experience in project sales, tendering, and techno-commercial discussions.
