Position: Field Support Technician (Agriculture)
Location: Allentown, PA
Pay: $26 - $30/hour
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience performing service repairs.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including occasional Saturdays
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Field Support Technician (Agriculture) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment.
- Conduct field-based diagnosis and repair services as needed.
- Utilize technical manuals and specialized tools to complete complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and parts requests.
- Ensure vehicles, tools, inventory, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, and team members.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency with service advisor software and basic computer functions.
- Ability to safely lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Valid, insurable driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card within two weeks of hire.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
