Product & Brand Manager (Mobile Accessories)

Salary Package –

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product & Brand Manager with deep domain expertise in mobile tempered glass and screen protection. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the tempered glass category, ensuring our product assortment is technologically superior, high-quality, and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilitiies

A. Product Portfolio & Sourcing

• Build the complete product portfolio for the new brand — SKU planning, model compatibility list, variant decisions
• Decide product range: 2.5D, 3D, UV, matte, privacy, camera protector — brand and non-brand SKUs
• Source and finalize manufacturers — domestic suppliers + China sourcing (Shenzhen / Guangzhou) — MOQ, pricing, sampling
• Manage packaging design — retail box, blister pack, poly bag — as per segment and price point
• Keep model compatibility list updated with every new phone launch and discontinuation

B. Brand Building

• Define brand positioning — budget, mid, or premium — and create go-to-market strategy
• Develop brand identity: logo, packaging aesthetics, tagline, brand story
• Plan and execute social media & influencer promotions — Instagram, YouTube tech reviewers
• Monitor competitor brands: Spigen, ESR, Popio, Acutas, Gorilla, RhinoShield — track pricing and launches

C. E-Commerce & Sales

• List and manage brand on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart — catalogue, A+ content, pricing strategy
• Run Amazon PPC / Flipkart ads — manage ACOS, optimize bids, track ranking
• Build wholesale / distributor network — Karol Bagh, Lamington Road, Ritchie Street, state-level dealers
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for stock management, order fulfillment, and returns

D. Operations & Reporting

• Maintain inventory tracker, stock planning, and reorder levels in Excel
• Prepare monthly sales reports — channel-wise, SKU-wise, return rate analysis
• Coordinate with accounts team for vendor payments, GST, and import documentation (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years in mobile tempered glass / mobile accessories industry — mandatory
• Deep product knowledge of all glass types, coatings, specifications, and phone model compatibility
• Experience in sourcing from China (Alibaba, Canton Fair, direct factory) or domestic importers
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub — catalogue, ads, pricing
• Knowledge of wholesale mobile accessories markets across India
• Understanding of packaging — retail box design, branding, bulk packaging formats
• Proficient in MS Excel — SKU tracking, pricing sheets, MIS reports, inventory planning
• Good communication in Hindi and English; ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors
