Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in process
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach
• Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest relations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
• Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse guest clientele effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Experience in night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
• Previous resort or hotel experience preferred for understanding high-volume guest environments
